Douglas Kern, Business Partner and President

Doug has a proven track record of creating and developing innovative products and revenue streams for clients. Prior to Thoughtful, Doug spent 17 years with multi-national companies like Sony and Terra Lycos, both in marketing and also in new product development and launches. An early pioneer in the interactive media technologies field, he was founder and president of Media Circus—a developer of online business models.

Doug is the senior business partner and serves as general manager and senior client services director.

Allen Jerinsky, Technical Partner and Chief Operations Officer

Allen is a seasoned technician and manager with over 20 years experience in software product development and data base design. Allen brings extensive expertise in process management environments and ERM/CRM products. Allen was a founding partner of Object Application Systems, and served as CTO of that firm until 1999, when the company was sold to a publicly held software company.

Allen serves as lead developer and project manager of the Thoughtful Suite of products, overseeing architecture, development and deployment of our products and services.
